Starting From bus stop opposite Jubilee club cycle up towards church. Down Sanplace hill turn left towards Morval A387
Follow signs for Widegates then Hessenford. At Hessenford to right down towards Seaton at Seaton follow road along seafront
and then up into Downderry. carry on on the B3247 and at apporx the 11 mile turn left just keep going straight on on this road until you meet the A374
at Polbathic turn left here. After about a mile turn left onto A387 and follow route back through Hessonford,Widegates Sanplace then Duloe.
